Isle of Ely Export is the official export subsidiary of Isle of Ely Produce. With IOE Export, we have been exporting globally for more than 40 years and have enjoyed long, established relationships with reliable and dedicated suppliers.
Isle of Ely Seed specialises in seed potatoes for the chipping market. We are also a pioneer in the breeding of new seed varieties for the United Kingdom. We supply more than 50 different potato varieties from a wide range of international breeders.
IOE processing specialises in the growing, packing and marketing of the best chipping varieties grown in Cambridgeshire. IOE processing assures the highest quality product by carrying out detailed assessments of each variety at each stage of the process, from field to fryer.
Industry leading potato innovators Isle of Ely Produce Ltd have recently purchased CV Stebbeds & Son a long-established Potato Merchant who supply chip shops, wholesalers, and hospitality businesses across East Anglia. Cyril Stebbeds established the business over 70 years ago and his son Richard continued developing the business, supplying top local chip shops and restaurants with their potato requirements building loyal relationships with his customers supplying the best chipping varieties from the very best local growers.
Oliver's was launched in 2017 to supply the wholesale and foodservice sectors with a premium range of salad, baking and cooking potatoes. Oliver's is all about quality and flavour, benefited from generations of farming expertise.
Chippy chat is IOE's publishing arm. Chippy Chat has over 8,500 fish and chip shops on it;s database, helping grow a strong link between seed houses, growers and merchants. Chippy chat covers stories at every step of the way between seed to fryer.
