Our cooking onions with a light brown skin and white to pale yellow flesh are grown both in the UK and the Netherlands. These great tasting onions can be boiled, steamed and fried and used in the preparation for many dishes. Notably onions have become the staple ingredient in many Indian dishes.
We are able to provide all year round supply in grades varying from 30mm+100mm in all kinds of packaging.
A smaller brown onion used for pickling and in stews. They have a low water content and strong flavour. Our Onions are specially selected for their crispness.
Red onions, have a purplish red skin and white flesh tinged with red.These onions tend to be medium to large in size and have a mild to sweet flavor. These onions are available throughout the year.
